SALON POLICY

THREE DAY GUARANTEE
At Outlashed, we offer a three day guarantee - if you experience extreme fall out or any other issues within the first three days of your appointment, we can repair your lashes free of charge. To honour this agreement, all aftercare instructions must be met. This includes using the recommended products for eyelash extensions.

 

BOOKING FEE / DEPOSIT
A deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied towards the service cost. No refunds for changes or cancellations, for ANY reason, within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. This policy applies to rescheduling, illness-related cancellations, and any other reasons.
Any deposit refunds will incur a 10% fee.

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
We do not allow changes or cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment time, so please be sure to plan accordingly. 

BOOKINGS
We ask you to please book your appointment in advance in order to secure your preferred treatment date and time. If we are unable to provide the treatment on your preferred date, please contact us.

LATE ARRIVALS
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and require a new deposit to reschedule.

BOOKING APPOINTMENT TIMES
It is mandatory that you book the appropriate appointment based on the number of weeks since your last visit. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your appointment. We kindly request your cooperation in following this policy, as it enables us to allocate the necessary time and resources to meet your specific needs.

SALON LIMITS
For the safety and comfort of our clients and staff, we ask that you attend your appointment alone and without any additional guests including Children.
